 Official rules and eligibility:

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. MAKING A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS APPLY. THIS PROMOTION IS OPEN ONLY TO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.             

  1.  ELIGIBILITY: The Selma Auto Mall 2025 Nissan Armada Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is only open to legal residents of the state of California, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, possess a valid California driver’s license and have auto insurance at time of entry. Employees of Liberty Motors, Inc., Selma Auto Mall, Inc. Selma Auto Mall III, Inc., Selma Motors, Visalia Motors, LLC, and Elk Grove Motors, Inc., and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, promotional partners, sales representatives, and promotion and other vendor agencies involved in this Sweepstakes and their immediate family (defined for the purposes of this Sweepstakes as parents, spouses, siblings, and children) and household members of all such employees, are NOT eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes and/or win a Prize. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. By entering the Sweepstakes Drawing (defined below), all entrants agree to be bound by the rules and decisions of Sponsor on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding.

  2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 8:30 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) on March 9, 2026, and ends at 8:00 pm Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on December 12, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, an individual may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting any of the six            dealerships owned by Nelson Group Automotive in the Selma Auto Mall (referred to as the “Dealership” or “Dealerships”). Upon entering the Dealership, the individual may request a sweepstakes entry form. To be a valid Sweepstakes Entry, the participating individual must fully complete the Sweepstakes entry form provided by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period and must deposit that completed Sweepstakes Entry form into the Sweepstakes Drawing container at a Dealership. The use of multiple identities is prohibited.  Incomplete, forged, altered, automated, mechanically reproduced, lost, late, misdirected, garbled or illegible entries will be disqualified. Sponsor will resolve all questions and/or disputes in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by individuals who submit false or misleading entry information or who Sponsor determines to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes. Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per household. Multiple Sweepstakes entries from anyhousehold will not be accepted. All eligible entries must be received by 8:00 p.m. PST on December 12, 2026. Only one Sweepstakes Drawing will occur. Winner will be announced onsite at the time of the live drawing. Entrants need not be present to win.

  4. PRIVACY NOTICE: All information submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with these Official Rules and Selma Auto Mall’s Privacy Notice, https://www.selmaautomall.com/privacy.htm.

  5. WINNER SELECTION: Grand Prize winner will be selected randomly on December 13, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. PST from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will be conducted under the supervision of Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The winner must claim thePrize in person. In the event the person identified on the selected Sweepstakes Entry does not claim the Grand Prize, Sponsor reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner. Odds of winning the prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. All federal, state, and local laws apply.

  6.  WINNER NOTIFICATION: Sponsor will announce the winner orally at the time of drawing at Selma Auto Mall. Winner will be contacted by Sponsor using the contact information provided by entrant in the sweepstakes entry form. If the potential winner does not respond to Sponsor within three business days of being notified of winning the Prize, the potential winner forfeits their Prize. If the potential winner does not pay all applicable title and registration fees, taxes, dealer documentation and processing charges within seven business days of being notified of winning the Prize by Sponsor, potential winner forfeits the Prize. If the potential winner is            ineligible for any reason, or potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, in Sponsor’ssole determination, such potential winner will forfeit their Prize and an alternate potential winner will be selected. The Prize is not transferable.

  7. GRAND PRIZE APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):  The winner will receive a new 2025 Nissan Armada SL. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $66,680. No cash substitution is allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION.  Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with prize not specified herein as being awarded. Winner may be required to supply photos, participate in interviews and/or be part of video or photo footage, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

  8. OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES: All entries submitted by entrants become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Entries not completed in accordance with these Official Rules or received after the Sweepstakes closes will not be considered. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be disregarded. No responsibility is taken for late or misdirected entries.   9.  GENERAL RULES: Sponsor. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes, who act in an unsportsmanlike            or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, willbe disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for errors of any kind whether human, printing, typographical, in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes or the announcement of Prize.  CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAYBE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.  Entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes an  entrant’s permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the entrant’s name, photograph, likeness, voice,  and biographical information. Sponsor is not responsible for failures, errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, or the announcement of winner. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, orany other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole            discretion to cancel the Sweepstakes.  Entrants, by entering, agree that Sponsor, its respectiveparent, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, agents, all of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees and assigns, members, representatives, advertising agencies, and agents, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability for any bodily  injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including death to persons, or property resulting in whole or in   part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in  any Sweepstakes or related activity.  By entering the Sweepstakes, you hereby represent and warrant that you have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with its contents. By entering, you  agree to release and hold harmless Selma Auto Mall and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with            Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.

PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance of the prize constitutes   permission for the Sponsor and its advertising and promotional agencies, and those acting pursuant to its authority, the right and permission to print, publish, broadcast, and use the winner’s name, city and state  of residence, voice, photograph and/or likeness, for purposes of advertising, promotion and trade in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without additional further compensation,  notification or permission unless prohibited by law.

  11.  California. In the event of any dispute, entrants submit to exclusive personal jurisdiction in California and agree that any dispute            shall be brought in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California or the Superior Court for            the County of Fresno.

  12. NAME OF WINNER: For the name of the Sweepstakes winner, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope before December 19,     2026, to Selma Nissan, 2525 S. Highland Ave., Selma, CA 93662.
